Bill’s career spanned over 35 years in the IRS Collection Division, as a Revenue Officer and subsequently as Group Manager of the Springfield office servicing Western Massachusetts. He has worked and directed complex collection and non-filer cases to resolution. He is experienced with income and payroll tax obligations of individuals and various business entities.
